I am certain that snowmobiling is not the first thing on your mind today as the rain continues to fall, but as a club we have some very important issues that need to be discussed and decisions that need to be made in order for the club to move forward.

At this time we will be having the September 12th meeting at Belden Hill Golf Course (1820 NY State Route 7 Harpursville) at 7 pm.

Some of the items to discuss - Where to hold meetings, change day of week to meet, change locations, change time? TRAIL WORK, due to all the rain many creeks are wider and bridges have washed. Many Many Trees are down and we will need much much more help than we have had in the past if the trails are to be ready before the riding season.

At this time we need volunteers to step up to be the Trail Captain for the Harpursville C2 Area (Manleys to Mirabitos to Pratt Rd), some one for the Coventry Area from SILO to State Lands. If you aren't willing to take the whole area but are able to help, please come to the meeting and let us know what your can bring to the club in the area of assistance.

I hope to see many of you on the golf course - voice your opinion on where you want to meet.

Thanks Sandy
